Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the David Rogers for Pflugerville City Council campaign collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: September 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by the David Rogers Campaign (“we,” “us,” or “the campaign”), the committee supporting the election of Mister David Rogers to the Pflugerville City Council. You can reach us anytime at info@electmisterrogers.com.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through the forms on this site, such as when you request a yard sign, sign up to volunteer, make a donation, or send us a message. That may include your name, street address, city, ZIP code, phone number, email address, and any notes you share with us.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to run the campaign: to deliver yard signs, coordinate volunteers, follow up on your questions, keep you updated, and, where you have agreed, contact you by phone or text message. We use it only for campaign purposes.

Text messaging opt-in

If you provide your telephone number and check the consent box on one of our forms, you consent to receive calls and text messages from the campaign. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency may vary, and messaging may include requests for donation. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any donation, volunteering, or receiving a yard sign.

Text Messaging Opt-In Data: We will not share or sell your text messaging opt-in data, consent, or related personal information with any third parties, unless required by law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with campaign staff, volunteers, and service providers who help us operate the campaign, and only so they can perform work on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law, including applicable campaign-finance reporting requirements. As described above, we will not share or sell your text messaging opt-in data, consent, or related personal information with any third parties, unless required by law.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe and limit access to those who need it.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To update or remove your information, or to ask a question about this policy, email us at info@electmisterrogers.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
